10 & Under

Attendance requirement and a 5 day group that is based on a 3 day a week commitment. Our 10 and under program is based on your swimmers commitment to the team and their interaction with their peers. We focus on the swimmers stroke technique and prepare them for participation in our local and regional meets.

11-12

All swimmers are between the ages of 11-12. We offer a 3-day program with no attendance requirement and a 6 day group that is based on a 3 day a week commitment. Our 11-12 program is based on your swimmers commitment to the team and their interaction with their peers. We focus on the swimmers stroke technique and beginning to understand training and how it correlates to success both in and out of the pool.

13-14

All swimmers are between the ages of 13-14. We offer a 3-day program with no attendance requirement and a 6 day group that is based on a 4 day a week commitment. Our 11-12 program is based on your swimmers commitment to the team and their interaction with their peers. As the swimmers mature we continue to progress their technique based on changes in size and ability. At 13-14 we focus on an understanding of interval training and the importance practice and meet attendance. We also create a goal setting process in preparation for our senior level of training.

Drylands:

Senior 3

The senior 3 group requires a swimmers to be in high school and does not have an attendance requirement. This group allows for swimmers to participate in other sports and activities and still drop in for a workout and participate in meets with the team.

Senior 2

The senior 2 group requires a swimmer to be in high school and attend 5 of the 6 workouts offered. Senior 2 is a group designed to give swimmers flexibility with their schedule and a dedicated training group.

Senior 1

All swimmers are currently enrolled in high school. When a swimmer enters freshman year we begin to deviate from our age based progression and into a commitment and performance based progression. Senior 1: Coaches Discretion, 1:10 base interval for 10 x 100 Freestyle swim, 1:35 base interval for 10 x 100 kick. Swimmers are expected to make 90% of workouts. Senior 1 offers 1 morning workout 6 months into the program and a second morning after 1 year in the program.
